Nowadays, with so much research on the impact of buildings on our health and well-being, it's a shame not to take this into account when designing the spaces where we spend most of our time. Buildings and spaces shape our behaviors, and if we continue to ignore this, we overlook the immense potential right in front of us. The truth is, when we design thoughtfully, with the user in mind, we can enhance health, boost productivity, improve well-being, and ultimately create stronger, more connected communities.
